I had an incredible time at this hotel! The rooms had an amazing view right onto the thoroughfare, and my balcony offered a stunning view. The service was top-notch with friendly staff and excellent support from housekeeping and tour assistance. The location was awesome, very close to the Zocalo and with a great view of Taxco each evening. The dining experience was delightful with fresh juice and croissants to enjoy. Facilities were modern and clean, making my stay very comfortable.

I couldn't have asked for a better hotel in terms of location and comfort. The rooms provide a magnificent view and have comfortable beds, plus a balcony overlooking the thoroughfare to the other rooms. However, it could be a bit loud due to the nearby VW-taxis. The service was top-notch, especially with housekeeping and tours/ticket assistance, making my stay even more enjoyable.
